How and Why we Collect and Store Personal Information
We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means. This information is shared with some of our business partners that strictly work in supporting the services we provide to you. No more information is shared or used than necessary to provide Infocipher clients with Infocipher services.

Unsolicited information
We will protect any unsolicited personal information with the same rigor as we treat personal information that we intended to receive. Unsolicited information will be scrutinized to determine if it is reasonably necessary for any service function; if it serves no purpose it will be safely disposed of within the scope of legal requirement.
Overseas disclosure
InfoCipher does not actively disclose, trade or sell your personal information to overseas business partners or entities for profit. However, while the site currently utilizes Squarespace as a web platform, the absence of overseas disclosure of information cannot be guaranteed. Squarespace is an American company. Squarespace partners with many third parties and puts forward its own terms of service. Security of information
Your personal information will not be released unless the law requires or permits it, or your permission is given, or it is required to provide you with service. We provide a secure environment and a reliable system but you should be aware that there may be inherent risks associated with the transmission of information via the internet and by using InfoCipher web services you must accept those risks.

InfoCipher does use cookies for some of its online portal where clients can interact with us.
If you don’t want to accept cookies, you can set your browser and/or firewall to block them. You will still be able to access most InfoCipher content, but some interactive features and personal preferences will be unavailable.
